Recovering from an immune system crash in my early 30’s woke me up to the extraordinary powers for healing and transformation within each of us. This led me to study with remarkable masters of mind-body healing, yoga, chi kung, expressive arts, shamanism and energy medicine; to attain a masters in psychology and to create a 25 year career in holistic wellness.
Today I am passionate about empowering creatives and entrepreneurs to expand into their extraordinary potential with way less stress and struggle and way more ease, joy, radiance and impact.
